ATHLETICYOGIS™ has worked with hundreds of North America's elite and professional athletes from the AHL, CFL, OHL, NBA, NHL, Team Canada and the top universities in the CIS (now USPORTS). Our yoga coaching programs improve athletic performance and promote muscle recovery. We help athletes develop stronger, healthier joints; improve muscle imbalances, prevent injury, increase body awareness and boost cognitive and proprioceptive performance. Building core, back, hip, knee and ankle stability, we focus on increasing overall functional movement, mobility and strength; as well as developing stronger breathing and mental focus techniques.
