We offer weekly all-levels sessions in the community capped at 12 people to ensure a comfortable environment. All sessions are first-come, first-served, and fill quickly.

Please show up 10-15 minutes early.

ATHLETICYOGIS™ welcomes everyone, regardless of what level you're starting at or ability you are working with. Whether you're a recreational athlete looking for the benefits of yoga mobility and breath work or getting back into the fitness game, our goal is to help athletes at every level develop stronger, healthier joints, improve muscle imbalances, prevent injury and boost cognitive and proprioceptive performance.
